Use SynthID Remover only with images you own or have permission to modify. Removing metadata or a watermark does not grant copyright or permission to misrepresent an image’s origin.
Image credits and purchases
The Starter pack costs US$5.99 for 10 image credits. The Creator pack costs US$12.99 for 30 image credits. These are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The checkout displays the final payable amount and applicable taxes.
There are no default free premium credits. A credit is reserved when processing starts. A confirmed failed task releases its reserved credit; an uncertain provider response remains pending until its outcome can be established. A completed result with a quality warning still uses a credit.
What the service can establish
Premium processing uses an external provider. Results may alter text, faces, fine details or other visible content. Inspect and compare each result before use. The service does not guarantee that a detector will report no watermark, or that the image will be lossless.
Local metadata cleanup is separate from premium pixel processing. Clearing EXIF or content-credential metadata does not demonstrate that an invisible watermark is absent. An ordinary visual comparison cannot establish the outcome of a hidden-watermark detector.
Availability and refunds
Supported uploads are JPEG, PNG and WebP, subject to displayed file-size and pixel limits. Processing may be delayed or unavailable. Download results before the displayed expiry time. Keep your original files.
You may request a refund for a wholly unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@synthidremover.art with your order reference. Used or partially used packs are not refundable except where required by applicable law. See our refund policy for billing issues, processing credits and approved refunds. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
